Why doesn't my VLeBooks download file open?
Answer
VLeBook downloads have Digital Rights Management (DRM) which mean they can only be opened using DRM software such as Adobe Digital Editions.
This software should be available on all Queen Mary student computers.
If you are using your own computer, please download the software before opening the VLeBook file.
If you are using a Queen Mary managed device and need assistance downloading the software, please contact IT Services.
