How do I download an ebook from ProQuest Ebook Central?

ProQuest Ebook Central usually allows both download and online reading, with some exceptions. Downloads are valid for one day.
You will need to use a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat, or Adobe Digital Editions to read the e-book. The latter is free to download.
If download is not allowed, the button is greyed out and unusable.
The number of available copies is indicated under 'Availability'.
