How do I find my Library barcode and/or PIN?
You will need your Library barcode and PIN to login to your Library account online and to access certain online resources.

Your Library barcode is your library account number.
You will find it on the front of your Queen Mary ID card. It is a 10-digit number starting with '023...'. If you are a student who does not have an ID card you can also find the barcode number on MySIS.

You can request and reset your PIN using the PIN reset form. Enter your library barcode and a PIN will be sent to your QM email account.
