How do I report an issue with library study spaces?

If you have any issues with the library environment, for example, temperature or broken equipment.
Please report it using one of the following methods:
- On the QMUL app 'Report a problem'
- Via Web Chat between the hours of 10:00 - 16.00
- In person at a library welcome desk
- By emailing library@qmul.ac.uk
A ticket will be created with the relevant team to resolve the issue.
