How do I recommend the library purchases a book?

If the library doesn't currently have a book in its collection, you can recommend we purchase it.

Answer

If you cannot find a book you need in Library Search, then you can recommend the library purchases it.

You can request a book for your studies and research, or recommend a book for our Time Out Collection, by completing our More Books Form.

This will be reviewed by a member of library staff for purchase.

Staff who require a book for a reading list should see our Requesting Resources for Teaching page for further information.

NOTE: Queen Mary users also have access to Senate House Library collections. It worth checking their catalogue to see if a title is available through them.
