A book you ordered for me still hasn't arrived, what should I do?
What to do when a book you have asked the library to purchase seems to be taking too long to arrive.
Answer
We aim to provide print books requests within one month and e-books requests within one week, but this is subject to supplier availability.
To ask about the progress of an order, please email library@qmul.ac.uk and we will investigate for you.
NOTE: This inbox is only monitored between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding library closure days.
