What is my barcode and PIN?

Overview

Students should be able to locate their library barcode on the front of their student ID card, or by looking at the 'Library Barcode' field on their MySIS record.

Procedure

If the user cannot find their barcode you can send it to them via email or tell them it in person. Never send a PIN, instead direct them to the 'Reset Your PIN' form via the 'Borrowing, requesting and returning items' webpage.

Note that staff cannot use MySIS so you will need to give them their library barcode number.
