Thank you for registering to visit Queen Mary University of London Library. I am writing to inform you that your Queen Mary Library Card is <now ready for collection at Mile End Library Welcome Desk> <will be ready for collection from Whitechapel Library Welcome Desk from <insert date>>. Please collect your card during staffed hours (see our Opening Hours pages).

 

When collecting your card you will need to provide the following:

  • ID showing your name

Please note that we will not issue cards without these documents.

 

Access times: During term time access is limited to ‘off-peak’ hours at Mile End Library:

  • Monday to Friday: 18:00-00:00
  • Weekends: anytime during opening hours

 

During the examination period, from 29 April to 2 June inclusive, access to Mile End Library is suspended. New cards for Mile End will be ready for collection from June 4 2024.  Access to Whitechapel Library is not affected.

 

Borrowing: Temporary membership provides reference access only; you will not be able to borrow items.

E-resources: You will not have access to Queen Mary e-resources.

IT Services: You will not have access to Queen Mary computers or be able to print.
