How do I log the Noiseline enquiries?

Answer

To log your Noiseline enquiries, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the GEN-LIB-ME-01 account on the Noiseline laptop (this lives in the middle enquiries cubby hole)
  • Open the Chrome browser and load Whatsapp Web and Google Messages for Web from the bookmarks bar. The browser should remember the accounts and log in automatically. If for any reason you are logged out, see below for instructions to log in.
  • Open the Noiseline Response Log.
  • Work through the messages, adding each enquiry from the previous day to the log. Do this for both WhatsApp and Google Messages.
  • Delete each message after it has been logged. You can find the delete button by clicking the three dots symbol in the top right.

 

Logging onto WhatsApp web

  • Collect the Noiseline mobile from the welcome desk and bring it with you to the office.
  • On the mobile, open WhatsApp from the home screen.
  • Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  • Choose "Linked devices" from the menu
  • Use the mobile to scan the QR code on the computer screen.

 

           

 

Logging onto Google Messages for Web

  • Collect the Noiseline mobile from the welcome desk and bring it with you to the office.
  • On the mobile, open the Messages app (blue speech bubble) from the home screen.
  • Click the three dots in the top right corner.
  • Choose "Device pairing" from the menu
  • Use the mobile to scan the QR code on the computer screen.
