What if I can’t get evidence for my Extenuating Circumtance at the time of my application?

If you are unable to supply evidence when making an Extenuating Circumstances claim you can indicate that you will supply it later. You will be able to supply this evidence later on the Extenuating Circumstances page of MySIS.You will have 14 days from the point of the request to supply the evidence and your deadline will be made clear when you submit the request.If you do not submit within 14 days your request will automatically be rejected and you would need to make a new request.
